Project managed $52M development of the two Gateway resort hospitality buildings at Squaw Valley, while at OZ Architecture, each providing a multi-use hotel and two-story parking garage below for direct access to each building lobby and the floors of the condominiums with amenities such as spa's, retail and restaurants. Oversaw the design development, refined floor plans, all exterior detailing alongside electrical, mechanical and construction administration.
