Project managed $52M development of the two Gateway resort hospitality buildings at Squaw Valley, each providing a multi-use hotel and two-story parking garage below for direct access to each building lobby and the floors of the condominiums with amenities such as spa's, retail and restaurants . Oversaw the design development, refined floor plans, all exterior detailing alongside electrical, mechanical and construction administration.
