Project managed $52M development of the two Gateway resort hospitality buildings at Squaw Valley, each providing a multi-use hotel and two-story parking garage below for direct access to each building lobby and the floors of the condominiums with amenities such as spa's, retail and restaurants . Oversaw the design development, refined floor plans, all exterior detailing alongside electrical, mechanical and construction administration.

This retail center is located in Pottsville, PA and was designed to reflect the town's unique history. The story of the old coal mines is brought to life alongside the railroad receiving station, the old coal cracking bin tower, the formerly expansive postoffice and the ever-popular saloon.
This is the headquarters and flagship location for Merchants Bank in Bangor, PA. Designs included three stories of office space, a basement for storage along with space for mechanical equipment. The first floor is the main bank with two entry points and a drive thru.
